I’ve worked in IT for over 10 years, starting out on the helpdesk, before moving in to roles focused on managing IT systems and infrastructure. Along the way, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and modern cloud security.
Angnet is my way of putting that experience to work for businesses that want straightforward, secure and properly managed IT, with an approach that’s tailored to the way they actually work.
Why I started Angnet
Having worked with and alongside MSPs, I’ve seen both the good and the bad of outsourced IT.
I’ve experienced situations where the focus can become less about what a customer actually needs and more about how much work can be billed. I’ve also seen providers step into areas already being managed by an internal IT team, or try to apply the same approach to every customer regardless of how their business operates.
I believe there should be a better way.
